Overnight on the 20^th July 2018 a structure fire occurred at 3 Newbury Place, Bridgewater.

As a result of the fire extensive damage was caused to the interior of the residence.

TFS conducted a scene examination and determine the fire was deliberately lit, and Tasmania Police have commenced an investigation.

Tasmania police would like to encourage the local community to assist police with any information that may be relevant to the fire and are encouraged to contact Crime Stoppers.
