On Wednesday 27th November 2013, police arrested and charged a male person in relation to the assault on a taxi driver that occurred in Glenorchy during the early hours of Sunday the 24th November 2013. 

Information received from the public provided police with the information that led to this arrest.

Investigations are continuing in relation to a second male believed to be involved in this incident.

Police would like to thank the public for assisting police in identifying the suspects involved in this matter.
