Glenorchy CIB have this afternoon charged two males in relation to two armed robbery incidents at Glenorchy Service Stations overnight.

A 25 year old male and 21 year old male, both from the Derwent Valley area were jointly charged with 1x count of Attempted Aggravated Armed Robbery and 1x count of Aggravated Armed Robbery.  Both will appear in court in early April. 

Detective Sergeant Gill stated “The locating and charging of both offenders in such a timely manner was a direct result of information provided by members of the public and the installation of quality surveillance cameras at both locations”.
