On Saturday 29th September 2012 at approximately 9.50pm Police were notified by Tasmanian Ambulance Service that a male had been assaulted at 3 Yarloop Street Waverley.

The male was taken by ambulance to the Launceston General Hospital where he remains in a stable condititon with cuts to his head.

A Crime Scene has been established and a thorough examination of the scene will be conducted by forensics personnel.
