Detectives from Kingston CIB are investigating and seeking assistance from the public in relation to an aggravated burglary and stealing committed upon an elderly female at approximately 11.30pm, Monday 4^th February 2013 in Cutana Parade, Snug. 

The victim was disturbed by the sounds of the offenders forcing entry through a rear door.  Upon investigating this, she was confronted by two adult males inside her house. The males did not offer any violence toward her.   Instead they commenced a search of the bedrooms.  The victim was able to flee her residence and notify authorities with a neighbour’s assistance.  A third male offender was also seen at this time.

A safe was stolen from within the victim’s residence containing a significant quantity of cash and jewellery.

The identities of the male offenders were hidden by balaclavas, and are reported as being between 160 and 172 cm in height with athletic to stocky builds.
