Police investigate New Norfolk house fire
Tasmania Police is investigating a house fire in New Norfolk in the early hours of this morning.
The Tasmania Fire Service was called to an address in Montagu St at 3.25am. The fire was extinguished but, due to the damage caused, the house will need to be demolished.
The fire scene examiner has determined that the fire was deliberately lit.
CCTV footage from around the area will be viewed as part of the investigation.
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
